WELCOME TO NEW CANAAN CHEER!

Join the excitement of New Canaan Cheer! Our inaugural sideline cheer program will proudly support the New Canaan Flag Football League for grades one to six. Cheer squads will practice and perform at local flag football games each Saturday, bringing energy, spirit, and teamwork to the field. Join us as we kick off an unforgettable Fall 2025 season!

Pre-registration for Fall Cheer Program will take place through May 31, 2025.
Registration goes live on June 1, 2025.

New to cheer, and want to see if your child is interested? We’re hosting a 90 min clinic on April 26 from 2-3:30pmto allow students to get a taste of our Fall program!

  • Regular Season: September 13 – November 1

  • Semi-Finals: November 8

  • Championship: November 15

Fee: $250 per participant

Important Dates:

  • Pre-Registration Opens: May 1

  • Registration Opens: June 1

Uniform Fee: Approximately $125 (includes top, skirt, and bow)

Shoes: Athletic Shoes or Cheerleading shoes (optional)

Poms: Poms will be provided for use at practices and games and remain the property of NC Dance Clinics

Cheer Format: Sideline cheers, team-building activities
